was busy and I had instructed my crew to follow up and stop by and check out the fenceAround May 20th I was called and went to the house and looked at the fence myself and told *** wife that as far as I saw the posts and fence was fine At this time I was told that they did not believe me that we set the posts in concreteI disagreed we set all our posts in wet concreteThen I was told that the latch on the gate did not work correctlyI looked at it and said I would have to move the latchThis was not acceptable they wanted a new postThen *** wife called *** and put me on the phone with him*** stated he talked to a LANDSCAPER who said I did not put the fence in correctlyI handed the phone to *** wife and proceeded to leaveI was asked were am I going, I said first there was no reason to yell (***) on the phone and second, I was not going to listen to what a landscaper said I should do and not doI know I do not do landscaping and do not tell people how to plat bushesNow *** states that there is to be a third rail that I never quoted for or did he pay forNow if I refund him $the fence is acceptableFunny how it is ok if I give him MONEYIf I go back and dig up the posts and prove there is concrete as I have stated there is, what do I get paid for doing wasted work*** has over positive reviews on myself and my companyMy website has many many positive reviewsI have installed hundreds of fences and as far as I know there are 2-people that thought I could do betterMyself I think that is a good averageThe posts are set in concreteI will fix the gate as I shouldIf I come out and prove the posts have concreteI want to be paid if I am correct, as I know I am. ***

I am rejecting this response because: This is not an acceptable resolution or responseI do not want Total Fence on my property and the owners remarks are not factually basedHe should clarify he has never done a fence himself, rather he has SUB CONTRACTORS do the workWeather a customer yells at you or not is not a substantial reason to not provide the warranted workThe fence was mentioned during the quoting process to have the third rail, there are pictures that I have taken of properties with Total Fence signs on the fenceAdditionally, there is clearly no evidence of concrete and to then state the only way you would fix the issue is to charge more money is ludicrousBasing your companies reputation on reviews is not a substantial amount of reviews
