The member's payment was refunded on Jan 22, 2018.  However, he was advised on December 12, 2017 to bring in a copy of his orders.  He did not bring them to us until January 9, 2018.  Almost one month later.  Had be brought in the orders when he was advised to do so, this problem...

I am rejecting this response because:Official Military Orders are not issued by the Installation Personnel Administration Center until the Service Member's day of detachment and departure.  Therefore it is impossible to provide that paperwork until the Service Member's departure date.  I made very effort and spoke with the front desk several times about my pending departure.  Notes were made on my account.The $35 is inconsequential to me me.  Its the fact that the business is purposely taking advantage of service members, that's the reason I filed a complaint.
