I do not accept because it isn't an accurate responseAs I stated before, I placed an order, my credit card was charged,
I called numerous times, sent numerous emails and no response was given from the companyOnly after I reported them to the Revdex.com did I receive my orderI still believe this company is a fraud and will only respond after they are held accountableI received my order, they received their payment and I will no longer do business with themI am not the only one to have problems either because various websites are riddled with complaints same as mineLesson learned!

Response: In response to *** *** claim against Total Fitness Connection: *** *** signed up with *** on 11-9-He had a billing issue and was contacted on January 19, by our billing manager regarding his accountHe stated at that time that he wanted to cancel because he did not
like the *** Road complex*** *** was asked to try out the *** *** *** facility to see if that was a better fit for him and was encouraged to take advantage of using his membershipMr*** was contacted again by our billing manager on February 16, at which time he stated he wanted to terminate because he could not get a copy of the class scheduleHe was advised that class schedules could be found by the front doors at either facility as well as online*** *** was contacted again at which time he stated he was not paying for services and had closed his account so that payment could not be drafted for his membershipAfter notices of balance due and multiple attempts to resolve his account *** *** was forwarded to collectionsSent on: 5/23/4:58:PM

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. Please respond here ONLY]I was contacted about a billing issue by Total fitness. The issue with the billing was due to me cancelling the card. I cancelled my card after being told by one of the employees via phone that I couldn't just cancel my account. As for the request to try a different location it was suggested by an employee but not something I desire to do. It is further from my home than the original location.
