I lived there for a year and a half, the worst place I've lived in You never know who the managers really are and they give names to youThey are rude and unless you give them money under the table they won't fix anything, plus the owners steal from tenantsBed bugs, huge cockroaches, dog crap all over the grounds, A/C that doesn't work and hookers, drug dealers and people that never care for or watch their kids live thereThe few decent people that do live there have to be in fear everydayPolice are there for problems including gun fire every single day multiple times a dayPools never open and are filled with junk and disease floating in the waterBreak ins and sorts of problemsThe place needs to be shut down and the owners need to be put in jail

Well I've been here and 1/yrs I've seen alot of illegal activity that goes on From DRUGS, PROSTITUTION, SALES OF STOLEN GOODSManagement acts as they don't care about anything But them selvesThe swamp coolers they use to cool the apartments during the summer Don't coolWhen they switch it to heat that worksThey have pools that they keep clean but they are for looks only they are never openAlso bedbug & roach infestedI would stay away but I know times are hard and money is tight

This gym is amazing.......it has everything you could ask for in a club I really love all of the classes and my kids love the pool It's clean too Two thumbs up!!

I have lived here over a year with my husband. Roach and bed bug infested. Try to charge too much. Things dont get fixed. Drugs galore, any kind you want. Prostitution. And IMO the mgt sucks and dont have a clue whats going on. Especially the girl that her name starts with an M. Im DEAD serious. Honestly this place is bad. They got an F on their rating. I suggest you google Estancia Del Sol and read their reviews

This apartment complex is full of black mold. The ac doesn't properly work so its hot inside. There is cockroaches and drug addicts everywhere. There has been several murders on the property.
