When Isreal called initially and set up an appointmentI tried to call before I went out there, but I got no answerHe then called the office again and rescheduled an appointmentI called again, with no answerI later found out that the number I had in my notes was not the correct numberAfter I got his correct number we set up an appointment to come outI then called the correct number and nobody answeredI fully intend on going out there to inspect and address any issue they see or haveUnfortunately I had the wrong number initially, and now we are playing phone tag

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Any time I have called the business, no matter who I spoke to or if I left a message, I always left a callback number, which is my cell phone numberIf there were any missed calls, they were immediately returnedIf the business has a time and date of when there was a missed call with no response, please provide us with a date and time and we will contact sprint to see if there were any missed callsThere was no phone tag on our partCurrently, the cement's cracks are getting worse by the weekCurrently we have a jagged foot crack and in the middle a foot crack forming a Y shape covering a little more than 1/4th of the entire slabOn the other side of that we have more than square feet of micro cracksAt this point, the only fix may be to replace the cement Regards, [redacted]

There was no phone tag on our part. Currently, the cement's cracks are getting worse by the week. Currently we have a jagged 15 foot crack and in the middle a 7 foot crack forming a Y shape covering a little more than 1/4th of the entire slab. On the other side of that we have more than 20 square feet of micro cracks. At this point, the only fix may be to replace the cement.
