Not often I call a customer out as dishonest, but this customer isMy son did the lawn and she knows it, saying such hurtful things about people honestly shocks meI am adjusting the $or whatever to zeroShe can just say I don't want to pay my bills vs trashing usBill is adjusted to zero

called about a month ago and we told her we received both checks in questionWe explained the balance was for a treatment done prior to both of thoseShe said she did not have that invoice so we adjusted her balance offWe told her we would take care of that and she owed us nothingWe also cancelled her serviceWe have not contacted her since this phone call and will not in the futureThank you, Total Green Lawn Care

Someone from this company that says her name is Kathy continually calls me asking me if I'd like to use their service I tell her every time she calls that I'm not interested & ask her to remove my name from the calling list but she just ignores me & calls again & again & again Always at night & often beyond 9:pm, which I believe is the cut off for telemarketers to call She is calling from a cell phone (502-***-***) I called the number listed for the company today (502-***-***) & spoke with someone named Karen I asked her who the owner was so I could speak with him & she would not give me any information She told me that Johnny was the manager & she would give him my information & have my name removed from their call list I didn't get the impression that this would happen I fully expect to get more calls from Kathy I have never called this company or any other lawn service & I am very protective of my phone number I don't give it to any businesses No one I will lie & make up a number when they insist on phone number So, I don't know how they got a hold of my number But it isn't because I ever contacted them And I am on the do not call list so I believe what they are doing is illegalI have also reported them to the FCC I would suggest you don't call this company without blocking your number or they will hound you weekly with late night phone calls And considering how hard it's been for me to get any information about who owns the company & their reluctance to let you speak with anyone other than the girl that answers the phone (Karen), I would suggest using anyone for your lawn service other than this company From the secretive way they protect the owner & the way they try to bring in new business I would expect nothing but poor results with little satisfaction If you do business with them & aren't happy you will find it very difficult to get in touch with anyone to complain to

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that they lied. I can provide proof of all invoices being paid. I have not talked to them on the phone. This was the second time they tried to recharge me before I cancelled their services. The office girl told me sometimes checks get stuck together.  They can say they will or did cancel a balance I owed. Not true, I owed them nothing. I would like for others to know their dishonest billing practices.
