Bought my 2nd set of aids in wilmington, deI have never dealt with a level of incompetence to match this! All efforts to make contact with corporate headquarters have gone unanswered

Review: I purchased hearing aids with an accessory that enhances my ability to watch television and talk on the phone. I brought the accessory in for repair two months ago and I have not had any contact with them at all. They have not returned my calls and I even made a visit this past week to find out what was taking it so long to be repaired and I was told that "it never shipped out to be serviced and that she would find out what was the hold up and get back to me". I called this past Friday on the 12th of December and left a message that I was very upset with the fact that they are ignoring me and that I want what I am still paying for to be repaired and returned to me. They have yet to respond.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on the balance of the hearing aids since I have not been able to use them properly without the attachment. I have very little hearing in both ears and I have been struggling without the accessory. I do not want to have to come into this office for any problems I may have in the future. I will replace my own batteries and get repairs elsewhere.

Review: !. I was told the day I purchase my hearing aids the price of the hearing aids were $3,000 (have recipt) Two days later after I paid the $3,000 and went to pick up my hearing aids I was given another recipt which showed the cost of the hearing aids to be $2,5002. Doctors office made a mistake and had the money I getting from [redacted] sent back to Doctor instead of me. So I paid them $3,000 and [redacted] paid them $1,244.30 and I have not recieved a dime form them and [redacted] in accounting was suppose to call me back 3 times and I have never got a call back.3. Although Dr. [redacted] promised me on 4/14 that as long as [redacted] allows the $2,500 for the hearing aids she would credit me back the $500 back to my credit card (which I am still waiting for), someone decided to take it upon them self to resubmit the claim to try and get the additional %500 out of [redacted] which would take another two months before I see a dime.Desired Settlement: Since with hearing aids you are required to go back to the Doctor'd office at least every two months for maintinence for the first two years, I really do not trust the Doctor and the people behind her to do the right thing, so I want a full refund... and I will find another doctor to handle my hearing aids

Review: I was promised hearing aid batteries for life for free. They are not sending me any. They use a post card system to recieve them they give you 12 postcards. I sent out 6 of them in the past 3 months and not one pack of batteries came. They have 65 office locations. I sent another 3 postcards to other locations and they also refused. There policy is if you purchase an hearing aid you get a lifetime of free batteries.Desired Settlement: I was promised free batteries for life. And I get no assitance.
