Wonderful company with which to do business. We had a central system installed in my mother's 91 yr old home. Total Heating & Cooling was efficient, on time, very sensitive to my 86 year old mother's needs. I highly recommend this company. Very highly recommend.
TH&C wasn't the low bid Contractor, but the estimator was outstanding and took the time to understand the problem, recommend the options, and were quick on getting the estimate to us. They are the only HVAC contractors I've ever dealt with who were on time. None of that "between 1 and 5 stuff".
Workmanship was excellent, far better than the OEM installation. Many minor things make the difference such as going the extra step to get a good seal, clean and tight ductwork, and coring a perfect hole in the masonry to pass piping through rather than simply busting a brick. These are very professional installers.
