We were told that we would have ALL of the equipment that we needed to protect our home installed for freeThey came out and installed, but we can not hear our alarm in the terrace level of our home and we have a room that is not protectedWe asked for equipment to solve these issues and have been put off for weeks nowHe kept telling me they were coming to install and it didn't happenAfter calling and complaining to ADT he now tells me it will cost us $to get the equipment we needI would not recommend this company at all
