THE CONTRACT CLEARLY DEFINES THE COST OF THE JOB THE ROHLS PAID $ 32000.00 OF THE $ 38OO0.00 BID AND HAVE ALL THE CASHED CHECKS TO PROOF IT, ALONG WITH VIDEO AND PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED PROPERTY AND NON COMPLETION OF THE JOB, ALONG WITH THE 3 TO 4 WEEK ESTAMATED TIME TURNED INTO 12 WEEKS, BECAUSE TOTAL HOME CONSTRUCTION WOULD NEVER SHOW UP. THE JOB WAS NOT EVEN HALF DONE BUT PAID MORE THAN 84% OF THE BILL. THEY KEPT ON WANTING MORE MONEY BUT NO WORK WAS GETTING DONE. MY LAWYER GAVE A LETTER TO MR. [redacted] STATEING AFTER 12 WEEKS AND NO COMPLETION OF ANYTHING THEY HAD SO MANY DAYS TO SHOW SOME PROGRESS OR THEIR SERVICES WOULD NO LONGER BE REQUIRED AND LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.

14 weeks on a 3 to 4 week contract it did not rain that much to take that long.
usually only one guy a day on the Job the owner Mr. [redacted] would always take off.
Not one job was completed at all I believe he had ADD he would jump around from deck to patio to removing some slate but never finished not one JOB!!!!!
We did pay $32000.00 Dollars of the $38000.00 Agreed paper work said apon completion, once again started diffrent jobs but nothing completed. Had to hire another contractor and my self to finish the work Photos and Video apon request. and there are others that hired Total Home Construction and are not happy with his less than quality work performance and ethics. we will be going to court on this issue.
