They finally scheduled a time to fix my ceiling and the manager Kurt called and apologized to meSo my ceiling is fixed now

We contacted [redacted] to let him know that we roofed his property located at [redacted] [redacted] back on October 6, 2008.  It is not on the date he provided to the Revdex.com on his original complaint. We contacted [redacted] regarding his leak concerns. When we attempted to inform...

him that his roof would no longer be under warranty for labor since it has been 8 years since we roofed his home and there was a severe storm that just happened he hung up the phone and would not return our calls.  We have no problem coming out and taking a look at the area he said is leaking however, Colorado is prone to severe weather on a yearly basis and has in fact been hit extremely hard this year with large hail, strong damaging winds the last most recent and most damaging storm that did directly impact Westminster occurred on May 24, 2016.  I am happy to provide you with a storm map of the area.  We are currently replacing many roofs in and around his area as a result of this storm.    This issue [redacted] is having is in no way due to our workmanship or to the manufacturer product we installed on his home.  We did try to call [redacted] back to arrange for us to come and take a look and access the situation but he did not return our calls.  It has been 8 years since we roofed his home.  He most likely may have new hail damage to his roof and we do encourage him to have it inspected by a licensed roofing company that is accredited with the Revdex.com in the state of Colorado.  We would love the opportunity to come out and take a look at it however; he will not return our call. I will reiterate again that we have no problem taking a look at the area of concern and we will not even charge him a trip charge to come out and take a look, however, it is not covered under warranty and the repair to the area in question will incur a cost to the consumer.  We were not even given the opportunity to discuss this further with our customer as he hung up and refused to take our call.  A manufacturer warranty will only cover defects to the shingle and does not cover the shingle if there is documentable hail and high winds. The same goes for any labor warranty. Our warranty does not cover hail storms, winds in excess of 55 miles per hour as these are not in our control and will cause damage to property. I am happy to discuss this further should you require additional information.  I have provided a copy of [redacted]’s original re-roof permit to verify the dates in question.  Please remove this from our records we kindly ask that you do not administratively close this that it be removed all together as all the information originally provided to you by the consumer was in accurate and the consumer will not take our calls.

Revdex.com:The business response is correct and factual.  However, I would like to point out one glaring item.  Both times, directly after roof installation completion, and this time, I have had to resort to filing a Revdex.com complaint to get the company to return my calls.  This is both telling and troubling in my opinion.  I will never do business with this company again, nor will I recommend them to others.
