headlined in redIt states, plainly, "full refund within days with receipt and in saleable condition, including box where applicableExceptions - Medications and where excluded by law and manufacturer's restriction or policyAfter days a store credit will be issuedAfter days no creditSpecial orders are not returnable".Since my business is a pharmacy and surgical supplies, wound care, etcmust be especially careful with regard to infection controlI have no idea whether this pedal exerciser was used with bare feet (tinia infection) or with shoes worn outsideWith regard to my hours of operation the store hours are posted on the front door (as required by state law), including Saturday hoursIf Ms Connors had called the pharmacy during our closed hours my answering machine accepts messages and does relate our hours of operationOur telephone number is displayed on our foot x foot sign above our store window.There are instances where I have made exception to our return policy if the item is in a sealed original package, however in this instance with the publics' health my main concern, I did refuse to accept the item and would do so again.In my way of thinking I feel a day limit is acceptable.Respectfully,Neil G
