[redacted] <[redacted]@[redacted].net>to me I was told to get an inspection of the floor to prove what was done when I sue him.[redacted]From: "[redacted]" <[redacted]@comcast.net>To: "info" <info@[redacted].com>Sent: Sunday, March 27, 2016 11:34:12 PMSubject: Home Floor InspectionGentlemen,I am presently trying to get my new floors redone because of shoddy work from Harvey G[redacted], Total Home Repair who is not licensed or insured.  I have estimates and the repairs are almost as much as the floor was.  I had a flood.  Is there someone that I can get to do an Inspection for me.  I am presently going to sue this person.

[redacted] asked me to do her floor.  She had and Insurance Claim because of a flood.  She would be paid to remove hardwood & carpet but want of things done.  Tile back in kitchen & New floor in there as well with Inc. money.  Yes we put a locking floor over the wood...

floor and told her that we would try to remove the trim best as we can.  But with a locking floor you have a 1/4 inch all around.  You put bigger trim 3/4 inch down.  We did it in kitchen and she loved it.  Told her she needs it the rest of the house, she said yes then no.  So we did the best with the old trim.  The china cabinet does not have a hole.  When we moved it there was a line, told her and asked if she wanted me to fix it.  She said no it was like that.  As for the door it was 12 year old later she told us and was broke.  When you install trim you must caulk it.  As for the table she told my son it was 2 piece, so top came off bottom and the glass that was on the table top fill out.  We replace it.   [redacted] still owes 176.00 for cost of parts.  We would fix everything but we will not pay for costs. Thank you Harvey G.

I am a preferred vendor/contractor who does home warranty work for [redacted]n Co, Inc.  [redacted] Home Protection dispatched a work order for their customer Brian Tokarski at property address [redacted] for an air conditioning issue.  [redacted]’s work order said the customer stated there was leaking from inside of the unit.  I went out to the property on 04/20/17, my first visit to the property.  Upon my arrival to the home, the homeowner showed me water stains on the ceiling.  I went into the attic, and I was unable to find any source of water or active leaking at the time of my visit.  I blew out the condensation lines to both the primary and secondary lines in hopes if there was a restriction it would clear up the problem. On 04/21/17, I received a call from the homeowner again stating that the spot on the ceiling appeared to be wet and larger in area.  I went back out to the property and into the attic.  Once again, I was unable to see any standing water, and the water spot felt dry.  I informed the homeowner that I still was unable to find any source of water that would be causing the water spot on their ceiling.  I closed out the work order with [redacted] informing them of my diagnosis. Then on 05/19/17, the homeowner contacted me stating that there was still water leaking.  I informed them that the work order had already been closed out with their home warranty company, and they would have to contact them to have another work order sent out to me in order to go back out through their home warranty company.  The homeowner informed me that they no longer had [redacted]n.  Then the homeowner contacted [redacted], and I was then contacted by [redacted] who asked if I would go back out a third time as their policy with [redacted] states they cover for the same issue within 30-days from completion/diagnosis at a property.  At this time, I did see active water in the attic.  I was not able to come up with where the water was coming from at first, so I removed the top panel of the evaporator coil finding the evaporator coil full of mud and debris.  I noticed that the return had been improperly installed, which allowed unfiltered air to enter into the evaporator coil; thus, causing the backup and buildup of mud and debris.  I took pictures of the evaporator coil, and informed the homeowner and [redacted] of my findings.  [redacted] informed me that they do not cover any repairs that are caused by improper installations.  In closing, I tried to explain to the homeowner that I do not offer a 30-day warranty.  [redacted] Home Protection, who was their home warranty provider at that time does, and they did have me go out 3 times and within the 30-days of my initial visit.  The claim had been denied by [redacted] stating it was something they would not cover per their policies of covering repairs for improper installations.  I am contracted with [redacted]n Co, Inc, who I represented on this call.  Thank you for your time and understanding in this situation. Christopher B G[redacted], OwnerChristopher G[redacted], LLCdba Total Home Repair[redacted]

I can't say enough about how good this guy is. He is the "superman" of repairs. In the past year, he has fixed my dryer, my refrigerator, and my air conditioning unit. He's always right on time, fixes things right the first time, and charges a very reasonable, honest price. I trust him, and would not hesitate to refer him to anyone in need of a home repair. Also, his wife provides excellent customer service, even to the point where she will text you to give you a two-hour window on when he will be doing your service call, and even texts you when [redacted] is on the way. Outstanding.
