After carefully vetting Total Home Roofing and 2 other local companies (one of whom only wanted to talk insurance vs. providing a quote for work), we hired THR for a re-roof following Hurricane Matthew. With a 16 year old roof, there were missing shingles and other minor damage. Total Home (and their contractors like [redacted]) was thorough, respectful, ALWAYS on time, professional in their presentation, dress and decorum, and efficiently replaced our roof in 2.5 days. It was one of the best home ownership projects we have undergone and they always kept us updated on the progress. We are very pleased with the workmanship, efficiency and their response to our phone calls and questions and are hoping we no longer have any wind-driven leaks with this new roof.
