After seeing the advertisements on TV, we called Total Home SolutionsAre person of contact was MrBrett Gordon Mr.Gordon set up a time that was very good FOR US, and came from Antioch TNTO LEBANON, TNHe didn't even know if we were going to purchase this item or not, but did not refrain from giving us a personal exclamation of the options and different types of applications that could be used , on different places in need of some sun relief on our house I hate someone to call me or come to my house, that wants to push me into buying or selecting more than I need or want That is a total NO! We were explained by MrGordon, ( by this time he insisted to be called Brett), what would work for our house, the advantages and disadvantages of the different types of applications It was so informal, that it was like talking to your brother or cousin All down to earth I asked him about things we seen on the free cd and he replied that if we wanted it, that he could get itHe didn't try to pile on all of the extras Very honest man! I can't say enough of the professionalism of the installers Like Brett, they called and let us know the times of arrivals, all of there plans to get there and start our project They fought wasp after wasp, (as I set far back and watch,) but did not let anything stop the professional awning support installation and putting back our vinyl overhangTheir clean up was GREAT! Very friendly and courteous men On closing, I have to tell you that Brett come by again, to see if we were happy with their product and services March 21st (or so.2016.) If you are in the market, to enjoy you backyard or were ever the select place you need to shade, .....Call Total Solutions for you summer enjoyment, Thanks Brett!

Gave the guy 1/the money, then had badger him for weeks to get our new door installedWhen it arrived, the color was darker than the samples & pictures he showed us, the "upgraded" etched glass in the window looked awful & you could not see through it at all, which we were told we would be able to see through it when up closeInstallers bashed up the trim around the inside of my door & I had to force them to re-hang the it, since they had it back on crooked & bowedThen rain started pouring in under the doorI asked the guy to do something about any of our dissatisfaction & his best answer was to ignore meIf you value your money & home, don't let these guys near you

The Company ( Brett G[redacted]) did a great job in pricing, follow up,and installing my retractable awning.

I had $4,600.00 of repairs done on my engine and this company never paid a cent !!! Paid $1,449.00 for the extended warranty policy !
