He stated that he had, another technician out and said his TXV was bad, and after diagnosis we confirmed that
We recommended to replace entire system, due to age, and poor maintenance,
and quoted several different options
for replacement of systemMr ***, called us back out to repair Hvac system, stating that he was not ready to replace
THS, made it CLEAR to MR*** that we would be replacing TXV metering device, with piston metering device
And performing a full preventative maintenance, consisting of indoor and outdoor coils solution washed, filter replacement,
and charged new R-refrigerantTHS, also made CLEAR to Mr*** that system may fail, due to age and poor maintenance,
and that he could waste money on attempting repairHere is Mr*** invoice showing him signing for all work performed,

In response to THS Mr*** statement he didn't one time tell me he was replacing the TXV valve with a piston metering deviceHe just admitted in his own statement that he confirmed the TXV valve was no good and needed replacingSo why would he use a piston metering device instead of replacing the TXV valve that he confirmed to be no goodI am very upset that Mr*** deceived my family and now is lying to save himself
