Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Yucca plants with a crown should not be planted an inch below the dirt level and buried in the bark. Experts should know this
Providing a diagram of water and electrical lines installed is practice (not an unusual request) and should be provided upon request, even if not in a contract. Refusing to provide the diagram is not professional.
An expert would have put in timers for drip lines for approximately feet of drip line in front and back with different plant needs.
With morning glory reappearing and long sections of weed cloth under it removed, it is obvious roots were below the cloth at the many seams. Roots in the ground were not removed adequately per contract.Sincerely,*** ***

Total Irrigation arrived on the job site and after excavating 10 to 12 inches of wood mulch, found that there was weed barrier cloth that was then removed in the front lawn area and the soil underneath was clean with no vegetation. Irrigation, soil and...

sod was then installed. Total irrigation made several courtesy calls throughout the summer and fall to adjust the timer due to homeowner adjusting the clock to much causing yard to be over watered. Any weeds that accured in the 10 months since install is the homeowners responsibility. The yard was in great condition on my last visit in October.
Reguarding the drip system the contract does not state their would be two separate drip zones.
All plants including the yucca plants were not purchased by Total Irrigation, they were purchased by the homeowner.  All plants were placed by homeowner and planted under time and material. As stated in contract Total Irrigation does not guarantee any plant material, sod and trees.
Also, no where in the contract does it state Iam to provide scale diagram of work done.
Reguarding the dry spots off back patio is because irrigation was not designed or installed to accommodate the palm trees that the homeowner had purchased after irrigation and lawn was installed. I told [redacted] that there would be a dry spot if we planted the new palm trees in the spot she wanted. [redacted] stated she would take care of it since irrigation and lawn were already installed.
Total Irrigation recommended to [redacted] to hire a Maintance professional to maintain the new landscape correctly.
We are a landscape installation company only and do not maintain landscapes, it is the homeowners responsibility.
