Total Lock & Security

Our original estimate to the customer clearly states that they are aware of the software, proximity card enroller and cards that will be required to utilize the full features of this lock and that the wired ethernet connection to the new wireless gateway is to be provided by others. Our
company policy is to dispose of all hardware being replaced unless other instructed by the customer prior to install to leave the hardware onsite

This is to reopen complaint [redacted]. This dispute is NOT closed and should not have been closed by the Revdex.com. Resolution is still sought. No where in the contract does it explicitly state our valuable lock would be disposed of. Please resolve with total lock.
