Total Luxury Limousine Service

I am rejecting this response because: I have submitted screenshots of my the email correspondence (only from October 2017) between Nick from Total Limo and myself showing they were sent the 2nd bill and have known about the 2nd bill since OctoberI do not accept their response because it is dishonest and for that reason I am skeptical that they will submit these bills to their insurance companyI will contact the hospital billing department Monday of next week and see if their has been any movement toward resolution

We are sorry to say that we dropped the ball on this one. When *** contacted me in October she sent a bill for $328.00. We contacted the Hospital and tried to pay the bill, but they informed us that we had to send the money to ***, we could not pay them directly. We asked ***
to sign a waiver and then all of a sudden there was another bill for $530.00. We then asked her for an itemized bill but she never sent us one. I do not know if the $bill includes the $from the first bill. I apologize for the mix up with this, but I only was informed of it on October 16, 2017. I will immediately submit this to my insurance company so they can figure out the proper amount owed
