Contract was signed by the contractor/owner Mr. *** for landscaping works at my residence in Mississauga. The work included replace one existing step with a concrete step. the replaced 42 in.step is much shorter than existing step. Contractor initially agreed to put 48in. size step but then refused to put this as part of his contract.
