Total Maintenance Service Heating & Air Conditioning

I am replying to the complaint from MS. [redacted] about repairs that were done at her residence, we are a contracted vendor from HWA/DIRECT ENERGY. We receive claims through HWA  for contract holders for service and repairs needed. Any and all claims are sent via email or fax from HWA/Direct energy...

to us and any and all repairs or service are paid directly to us from HWA/Direct energy MS.[redacted] did not contact us for any service privately and did not an any way compensate us monetarily in any form. If Ms. [redacted] was not happy with the repairs or service she received she could have contacted her warranty company and asked for a different vendor or second opinion. I have no idea what Ms. [redacted] motives are as far as this complaint is concerned but we are a professional and licensed class A  HVAC contractor in the state of Texas.
