Total Midwest replaced my roof and they made the experience completely stress free They were on time, professional, courteous and extremely organized I would highly recommend them!!! Everyone I dealt with was amazing Best work ever!!

We were referred to Tom's company by a neighbor who had a very positive experience with a new roof and siding as well! Our experience from start to finish was fantastic! We've worked with a lot of contractors over the years and this one was of the best From the very first visit with samples and quoting process everything was easy They made suggestions for colors, etcand the job turned out great! My house looks brand new and after some necessary repairs that they found it's actually in BETTER shape than before! I would recommend this company without hesitation!

For the deck, one of the owner actually architected a way to mount the cantilevered umbrella under the deck floor so it has a low profile and looks GREAT! When the umbrella isn't in the stand, there is almost nothing sticking out of the deck to trip over
The crews doing the work were professional, on-time and cleaned up EVERY day before leavingThe managers inspected and re-inspected every day and had work done over that was not to their standards
So yes, I spent a boat-load of money on my projects, but I couldn't be happier with the return on that investment!

We were referred to Total Midwest Construction, Inc some years ago after we noticed some damage to our siding following a hail storm. Tom [redacted] came to our home and inspected both the siding and our roof. He indicated that there was significant damage but that it would be up to our insurance adjustor to make the determination as to what, if anything, would be covered.

Prior to contacting Total Midwest Construction we had been approached by numerous companies stating that they could get us a new roof and new siding without even thoroughly looking at our property. They made repeated visits to our home and pressured us to “sign their contract” in order to get our project scheduled. Needless to say these kinds of tactics/companies were a red flag and we steered clear.

Tom [redacted] and his staff, on the other hand, were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. They promptly answered our phone calls. Their crew was timely, respectful, and did a great job cleaning up. We are thrilled with the job they did for us and continue to receive compliments on how nice our home looks. A few months ago a piece of our siding came loose from some strong winds. We left a message for Tom late that evening and woke up the next morning to discover that he had already come by and fixed it. That kind of customer service is rare today and is something that we truly value.

After a storm damaged my duplex, the team at Total Midwest Construction did a great job fixing the problems. They worked with my insurance company to help get approval and reimbursement for the replacement of both my roof and siding, took care of all the permits with the city, made recommendations on the right siding materials, quality roofing, and insulation, and pulled the whole project together.
They finished the job quickly, cleaned up the refuse and my yard, and did whatever was necessary to make sure I was happy with the finished product.
Thanks to Tom and the whole team at Total Midwest Construction. They took all the worries and stress out of the roof and siding replacement, which for a new homeowner could have otherwise been a nightmare.
I was so pleased, in fact, that I hired them back to help on another project, and I now have a beautiful bathroom as a result.

OMGosh, we had Total Midwest Construction out on Tuesday to reinstall our french patio doors that another company installed so poorly. What a difference! The two men who came out were fantastic. The door works PERFECTLY! They also put new trim around our garage door, put up shutters on our house and fixed the lights on the front of our house. They are a "total construction" company. Call them, you won't be disappointed!!!

TMC was outstanding. Many in our neighborhood had hail and wind damage over the past year. Total Midwest Construction came in and assessed the damage to determine whether it was substantial enough to file a claim, called and spoke with our agent/claim specialist and basically took over the entire process. TMC was there for the claim inspection...on the roof to show the damage and discuss it with the adjuster personally. Their technicians were courteous, quick and clean. No damage to outside landscape whatsoever. In the end, TMC took care of everything. We have never been so pleased with the process or outcome. Call them now.

We have used Tom and Kara over at Total Midwest Constructions twice now. On the last storm that came through in April of 2014, Tom and Tom came out and did a fantastic job on describing what will be done, helping us choose the best products for our roof and siding as well as helping with the gutter guards that we wanted to put on.

From start to finish, we could not have asked for a better experience. Their workers were great to deal with and could not have done a better job.

I would not hesitate to call them again.

There are so many companies that promise you the world and when they deliver, they don't work out.

This is not Total Midwest Construction. They are great.
