This is regarding the complaint (ID # [redacted] ) submitted on / / We were contacted by Mr [redacted] ] demanding a refund of the past months (date to call) claiming that he had already canceled his sons' accountWe looked up his account information in our system, plus, pulled out his contract paperwork to see if we had committed a mistake somewhereOnce doing so, we noticed that he had signed a document Freezing (not Terminating) his sons' account for 2-Months, back on / / His new charging date would have been / / 2013, though this wasn't the case since he started being charged until November which means he came in and asked for a Freeze extension After a Freeze completes its set Date Restrictions, the account starts charging againWhenever anyone wants to Freeze their account, we must always have a form filled out in-gym and signed by the individual in-charge of the accountWe do not Freeze accounts under the terms of "...till further notice" in other words all Freeze forms must have a set number of months in order to FreezeWe make it aware to all new simembers that Monthly contracts are never cancelled by anyone other than the Main Account Holder him/her -self; Set Months contract (e.g6-month or 12-month) are rolled-over at the end of the contract into a Month2MonthOnly our Prepaid Memberships have End Dates since those aren't contracts but instead have a paid-upfront amount deal Mr [redacted] didn't officially Terminate his sons' account until / / 3-Month refund given to Mr [redacted] shouldn't have happened considering he never officialy canceled his sons' account We have documents to legitimize our claims through the forms of: - TOTAL MMA STUDIOS contract (signed) - FREEZE form (signed) - TERMINATE form (signed) Can fax this documents upon request & provided, a fax number We never have had any issues regarding the matter at hand nor do we want our reputation to be hindered eitherWe hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible Thank you for your concernWe hope to hear back from you soon, -- Total MMA Studios staff

We looked up his account information in our system, plus, pulled out his contract paperwork to see if we had committed a mistake somewhere. Once doing so, we noticed that he had signed a document Freezing (not Terminating) his sons' account for 2-Months, back on 4 / 12 / 2013. His new charging date would have been 6 / 12 / 2013, though this wasn't the case since he started being charged until November 2013 which means he came in and asked for a Freeze extension.
 
After a Freeze completes its set Date Restrictions, the account starts charging again. Whenever anyone wants to Freeze their account, we must always have a form filled out in-gym and signed by the individual in-charge of the account. Mr. [redacted] didn't officially Terminate his sons' account until 5 / 14 / 2014. 3-Month refund given to Mr. [redacted] shouldn't have happened considering he never officialy canceled his sons' account.

   - FREEZE form (signed)
   - TERMINATE form (signed)
Can fax this documents upon request & provided, a fax number.
 
We never have had any issues regarding the matter at hand nor do we want our reputation to be hindered either. We hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Review: I enrolled my son with Total MMA Studios for few month and they were drafting $79.00 monthly fees from my bank account. I did put hold on membership till further notice. Even so, they kept withdrawal monthly fees from my account. They took 6 months. When I contacted them they refused to refund me whole 6 month and gave me only three month.I want to complain to Revdex.com to put a monitor against them where they charging members and try to get back the rest of the refund.Desired Settlement: I request them to do complete refund for the whole 6 month. We work hard for our money and refuse to allow business take advantage of us. Therefore, I need your support.Thanks,
