TMM is by far the best and easiest moving company I've used (twice now)Any and all contact with them over email was expediant and detailed, answering all of my questions from the gand keeping me updated as the move progressed cross-countryThe movers themselves were efficient and helpfulThe timing around the move was baas well, at pick up and drop off points respectively with plenty of notice as to arrivalMoving in theory is stressful, but TMM makes it stress-free

Hi, I'm a repeat customer with TMM because the service that we received & the care that our belongings received for the 1st move was top notch Also, & 1/years later, we received the same 1st rate service for our 2nd move Specifically: Our 1st move was out of province from the [redacted] , ON When I enquired to TMM about them moving us, it was wintertime & the owner was on vacation However, the owner still took my call, gave me a fair quote, which is exactly what I later paid On moving day, it was again the owner who drove all the way to the [redacted] with another experienced mover, & he personally oversaw the move It turns out he was also bilingual & was able to handle any language issues with the local people During our recent 2nd move, my wife observed how well the movers seemed to enjoy what they were doing For both moves, TMM moved our special antique dresser w/out a scratch We highly recommend TMM

This was by far the worst move of my life! On a positive note, great care was taken of all of my belongings but the crew was inexperienced - consisting mainly of teenagers with the lead mover MIA at times A bedroom bungalow, no appliances took hours which included hour for travel I was overcharged for packing cartons and honestly, so exhausted to fight the issue after the day from hell, I let it go I placed a call to the Sales & Marketing Manager to discuss my concerns and no one has returned my call This is very poor customer service I would not recommend this moving company

I just used Total Move Management to move into my first home. The crew was polite and friendly, and even though it was a rainy day the crew protected my floors and furniture and took extra care with bringing my furniture into my new house. They were on time and finished in a timely manner. I have used different company's in the past and this was by far the best experience with a moving compant ever!!
