This company contacted us but we are not interested in changing POS systems , however he asked for the manager of the restaurant did not identify himself Iuntill I asked wanted to know when the manger was in , only when I said who is calling he only replied his name Jerrry , and that he was 57 is there anything else I wanted to know, I kindly said I am the president of the company and was not interested . Who tells me their age ????? that is not business like . many of these POS companys are all the same your name gets put on a list and you cant get off the list we have had at least 4-5 other POS systems calling asking to give a quote ....

What more can you ask for from your CC provider?

My experience with Canadian POS Corporation was very frustrating. The pitch sale was good but that's about it. First of all, I was told that their product would be effortlessly integrated into our online system. After weeks of frustration and email exchanged between them and my online provider, we still couldn't make it work. There was such lack of competence & instruction that we decided to cancel the online virtual terminal account.

Secondly, regarding the physical terminal. I was offered the options of either leasing or purchasing the terminal. With the considerable difference in price, I asked to purchase it. Then, I was very rushed over the phone to virtually sign their online PDF documents. Next thing I know, I am entangled into a 5 years lease for the terminal when I had clearly told the representative we wanted to purchase it as the price difference was big and we didn't want another monthly payment on our hands.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction, no solution was offered to me apart from buying out the lease for its total cost. I have also emailed the actual representative I had spoken with and he never bothered replying.

I would stay away from this company. They are pressuring the sale and offer terrible customer service.
