Review: I ordered 2 pair of prescription sun glasses on August 16, 2013. [redacted] assured me that the glasses would be done before I left for vacation on August 25, 2013. He said they would be done by August 21, 2013, they were not. I phoned him on August 22, and he gave me an excuse that he did not receive the lens in from his supplier, however, he said he could have one complete pair for me by Friday August 23. I should mention that I purchased these glasses at [redacted] Mall, and when I returned there to see the status of my order, they were out of business.I met [redacted] on Friday, August 23 and he had 1 pair of glasses, but only half the prescription was evident. I had ordered bi-focal lenses. He said again, there was a mix-up, which I questioned, but he assured me that both pair would be completed when I returned from my vacation on September 1, 2013.I phoned [redacted] twice on September 3, 2013 to inquire about my order, left 2 messages, but have not received a call back. I would venture to guess that he has no intentions of completing my order.Desired Settlement: I would like my $150.00 that I paid for the glasses refunded to me. And I encourage anyone who views this report, to find a reputable optometrist, and not enter into any dealings with Total Optix or [redacted].
