Total Pain Defense

Review: I requested a bargain offered from a program on my computer . I did not completely read the fine print and got onto a system that sends me a bottle of " Joint and Muscle" formula medication. . The charge is taken from my Visa account every month. It is $77.85 / monthly. after receipt of 4 bottles , I have spent 2 days trying to stop them from sending me the medication bottles and also to stop billing me. Two days of phone calls and 22 calls later , I am not much further than when I began. They say their computer system is down and they can not assist until it comes back. I have heard that a lot in the last two days. I feel I have been abused and that they are not sincere in their statements of assistance.I have requested a refund by email , also a request to cancel my account by email and not to bill me by email. NO RESPONSE OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. I feel You and I would be doing good for the community by requesting this firm to amend it SALES Approach.Desired Settlement: Refund my deposits and return their merchandise and remove me from their mailing list
