I have spoken with *** on numerous occasions and did respond to the patient The FSA did pay his wife's balance from what I was told but not his Due to a clerical error the receipt was showing and estimated insurance amount After trying to fix this I did send an email along with
an updated receipt stating that the patient no longer has insurance and to please process accordingly I did also amend the account by re- entering the amounts and then had to make an adjustment to keep the cost the same That was also not acceptable to the patient I have attached the final receipt along with a cover letter and was told that this has satisfied him regarding this issue.
