Total Performance Collision

Was supposed to remove rust around fenders, realign fender flares, fix dents and paint car. Quoted me a certain price and that it would take him one week. Almost a month later I pick up the car which he had 'ready? for me outside with no lighting to see it well. Removed only minimal amount of rust because the flares which he was supposed to remove and realign covered the remaining rust. The flares have only 6 allen key screws that make them very easy to be removed, so he was just being lazy. When it came time to paint the car he just sprayed it while flares were on, so the screws got painted and the rest of the fender underneath the flares did not get painted. The rear view mirrors also were painted a much darker tone then the rest of the car. Agreed to give me some money back for taking longer than originally told and does not answer his phone when I try to get in contact with him now for not doing the repair as planned. I realized as well that I was missing my front license plate since in NC you don't need it, but still its now missing and my lug nut key for my aftermarket wheels is also gone.
