Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been calling denise for months trying to get Vinny to come out and check the leak and she kept telling me he will call you back and never didHe has not once come out to look at the leak but told denise to tell me it was nothing he did wrongHe was not the one that did my plumbing he sent someone else so I'm not sure how he can make that determination with never coming outDenise finally scheduled a service call on 2-between 1-when the pipe was pouring water into my basement when I tried to shower and I called 2-after hours toshe asked if this was the same pipe I have been calling about and I said yesit must have finally gave out after me calling for so long and Vinny refusing to come out I got a call on 2-at almost 2:that vinny would not be coming out and he was advised to do so by the building departmentUpon calling the building department they deemed that information and are coming out today at 1:to meet with meI was also told that Vinny never pulled a permit to do the plumbingAll I have been asking over the last months is for him to come and check the leak instead he has neglected to return my callsI have a video that I will be more than happy to share of the plumbing actively leakingVinny did come to my home on a few occasions after but it was because of the following issueshe never installed my shower headHe did not install my bathroom sink as plannedthe water spout in my tub was not properly secured and pulled out of the wall the first time I went to start the waterhe did not change the plumbing in the basement as we discuss but rather moved my washer shut off which I did not ask to be doneSo yes he did come out numerous times but it was to fix the mistakes of whoever he hired to come out We agreed to a lower price when I found out that vinny had taken my sub pump out of my home without my permission so the price was lowered to pay off the cost of my sub pump that was taken without permission Sincerely, [redacted]
