Review: Bought a car from them and was told nothing is wrong with the car other than the navigation stopped working.. The day after I paid for it, I took it to get a Virginia state safety inspection and it failed due to brakes. The RR brake pad was completely gone and has been grinding on the rotors. The brake caliper completely locked up, so I was rubbing metal on metal. They allowed me to drive off with no concern for my safety or repair costs. It was an issue that has been there that they did not want to disclose it to me and was hoping I wouldn't notice. The cost of the repair quote from [redacted] is $728. I completely got suckered.Desired Settlement: Send me a check for $728. They knew about the faulty brakes and did not disclose the information.

[redacted] was notified this vehicle is sold as is where is no warranties expressed or implied, proved in the purchase order **. [redacted] signed. Moreover, this transaction was between **. [redacted] and **. [redacted]. Diamond Automotive Group only acted as a facilitator. In fact [redacted] made all negotiations with [redacted] the actual private party owner of the vehicle and negotiated the price down from $9900 saying he knew he will have to spend some money on repairs as one would and should expect with a 100k mile plus vehicle, and **. [redacted] certainly did when he asked the price dropped $1300 so he could do so. Diamond Automotive Group only served to facilitate the transaction because **. [redacted] was apprehensive about meeting and selling a vehicle to a person she has not met. **. [redacted] can be contacted at ###-###-####. Most importantly as said in the Bill Of Sale that **. [redacted] signed, dearly states "No warranties expressed or implied and the vehicle is sold as is". Please remove any negative ratings you have against Diamond Automotive Group immediately.
