Steel roof installed last July is Leaking and the company has not made any effort to repair the problem properly.We purchased a EnergyLoc roofing system and new gutters with Gutter shield on 7/2/2014 for $15984. It was installed at the end of July or the beginning of Aug. In Oct we had a leak develop during a rain storm. I called the company and they sent a repairman out and he removed the gutter and gutter shield and said he would be back. He came back after a couple of days and reinstalled the gutter but said that he couldn't reinstall the gutter shield as the roof valley was to close to the edge. This winter we had problems with Ice damming and again it leaked into the house. I called and someone came out and looked at it from the ground and said that it needed to be resealed but they couldn't due it until the area was dry. He gave me a number to call when it dried out. I called and they finally returned my call and set up an appointment for 5/22/2014 between 8-9 AM but nobody showed up or called. I called the company and [redacted] finally came out and took pictures and said somebody would get back to me to fix the problem. a couple of weeks later they called and setup an appointment for 6/9/2015 in the morning. Again nobody came or no phone call.Desired SettlementTo properly repair the roof and check the rest of the edges so that I don't have any more leaks.Business Response We have scheduled an appointment with Mr. Schmidt to go out an address his issues.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
