Be very careful before signing any contract with TRS What they say and what is on the contract, especially regarding warranties, does not match I gave them a deposit on 3/9/16, but cancelled verbally and in writing on 3/11/ The salesman would not take "no" for an answer and his tone was threatening I let him know I had decided to let another company handle my remodel, and he actually called them to see if they would either release me from their contract or split the remodel with TRS!!! Since them, I've received voicemails and emails from TRS informing me that my cancellation was not received in time and telling me that they will either share the remodel with the other contractor or do it all - my choice Really? So verbally cancelling and sending a registered return-receipt letter before midnight of the third day following the date of the contract is not legal? Not according to TRS! I even spoke to another employee at TRS who said he was working on refunding my money, only to send me an email the next day asking to share the work with the other contractor I gave them since 3/11/to admit that the cancellation is legal and to refund my money, but keep getting the run-around! The other company was very nice and apologetic about other contractors in their industry, saying that they would allow me to cancel, if I wanted Why would I choose a lesser warranty, a higher price, and argumentative, scary salesmen? I wouldn't let TRS do the work for even $1!!!!! I now have to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office to get back my deposit of $21,000, which I worked long and hard for Outrageous!!

I am most satisfied with the process from start to finishEverything was what was indicated and promised and I have a final project that I am satisfied withThe timeframe was a little offset of start of the project but that was the only thing that was off

It was a pleasure to work with Total Remodeling SystemsThey were very efficientEveryone was clean cut and above boardI would recommend the company to anyone considering a home improvement project

I think so, so I'd say it was a reasonable value

The on the job workers were hard working, competent and friendlyOverall we are happy with the finished product and would consider using Total remodeling systems in the future

I hired this company to remodel my bathroom. Was the worst thing I ever did to my home. They started a month late. When they did get started, the shower ran water down the wall into my basement floor, the floor by the tub sank down beneath the tub when stepped on, the exhaust fan light works but not the fan, covers left off wall switches, the ceiling needs sanding from the mud, and the wall have lots of sand dust on them. It looks like I did the job myself and I know nothing about construction. This 45sqft bathroom was started 2/05/2019 and is still under construction today 3/13/2019. Why isn't someone in this company asking, why are we still working there. There have been two different people doing this and yet I still have the same issues. Where and who owns this company? Please, please, please, can anybody help me find an end to this madness. I am done!

Everything was completed as agreed upon, so I don't think Total Remodeling Systems fell short in any areasIf I had any questions, I could call and receive a prompt and courteous responseAlso, the workers were friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to "go the extra mile" if requiredIt has been a pleasure working with Total Remodeling SystemsI have received many compliments on my sun room and I am enjoying it everyday
