I am rejecting this response because:
I had the job contracted in November and while I did leave town I gave the contractor my KEYS and the security codes Their excuse that I left town for two weeks is a down right ridiculous reason to complete the job three months later and again you had my keys!
The job I ordered was NOT the job they tried to pawn off on me It is not like Im some unreasonable homeowner as they elude in their response No, in fact, I had a written contract that explicitly required them to bring in a shower enclosure- not build some cheap backerboard mess which is what they tried to do until I showed them that I still had the written contract - AND I still have it now for proof! So they gave me only what I ordered after trying to swindle me with a cheaper product
They worked on two of my bathrooms - the second bathroom they took out my copper plumbing and replaced it with some cheap plastic tubing that was not fixed to anything as a result my tub spicket kept coming out of the wall What a substandard job! I had them come back in to do it right with real pipes!
The fact that I had to fight with them to do what they agreed upon and thankfully I had a written contract, and the fact they they still never addressed the fact that they never pulled a permit to do the work in my home Im sure this is illegal and I guess I am forced to contact the city inspector and the licensing department to resolve this issue
I have year warranty on the work - thats why I waited - I wasnt sure how long their craftsmanship would hold so I wanted to give it some time which is the only reason I waited to file a complaint I've already made my complaints directly to the contractors with no during the job to no avail so thats why I am filing with Revdex.com and the city inspector
$is more than reasonable considering the circumstances

This job was contracted in october or novemeber of 2013. It was in two parts, part one was for new gutters and part two was for a now shower stall. We installed the gutters right away but then *** had to go out of town and we could not start part two until he returned. By then
we had other jobs on the schedule that were in different stages of completion
Part two called for us to remove and replace the shower walls with the same product that was there which we did. Due to the fact that it was an old shower, we had to retrofit the drain as bst we could to make it work. He also wanted a shower door but the opening was only inches and would not accomodate a door. After we put the walls up he said he did not like them and were not what he wanted. To appease him we tore out the walls and put in a different wall system at our expense
He complained that he was not happy but we had done every thing we knew what to do. He paid us and we closed the file. Now after months he files a complaint and wants $refunded. We find that to be an unreasonable request and totally unfounded. If there was something wrong, he sould have said something at the time or contacted us directly and we would have been happy to listen and to try and resolve his problem. After this lenght of time, having heard nothing from him, we find the lcomplaint to be bogus kand unfounded
