I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Met with customer September, 20th At time of meeting we reached a resolution due to the customer stating he acted out of anger and too quickly without looking at the whole picture, he apologized to us at the time of meeting The resolution we agreed upon is as follows: -The lighting
would be changed to solar lights on sides of pillars at the end of the driveway.-I would contact the customer by Friday September, 22nd to inform the customer if the solar lights were in budget and a time frame for install.-Time frame would be delayed atleast weeks due to needing to return the already ordered and received lights and time for the new solar lights to be shippedInformed customer shipping was 7-days and install would take place the first week in October on September 22nd 2017.- customers agreement to us is that he would remove the complaint filed with the Revdex.com and he would give us a name to contact so we could make sure it was deleted. Everything on our end has been followed from that agreementIf the agreement is not fullfilled by the customer in the agreed upon time we will be issuing a $refund for the lights and handle it outside of the Revdex.com and take any legal action needed to protect our business from the slander on record.
