As far as a response to this customers complaint, I would like to say that we feel this complaint to be fraudulent with intention to personally gain with a free replacement of a previously broken electronic or to obtain free servicesNo different than some one going to a restaurant, eating
most of their meal and saying that there is a hair in their food (even being their own hair) with the intention of getting their meal free. I have text messages showing that immediately after being informed of any issues I was requesting to come back to the home to settle the situationThe customer noted that there wasn't really an issue because they had a warranty which would cover any damage and there was nothing else we could doWe offered to compensate for any inconvenience by giving a free commercial carpet steam cleaning to their entry stairs which was very disgustingly dirty with years of warn in dirt and stainsWe were only hired to help with a light cleaning and directed towards a big issue of having an ant infestationWe had cleaners for hrs and two additional cleaners for more hours totaling man hours devoted to cleaning the very dirty residenceThis was not a deep cleaning nor was there any promises made on cleaning the entire homeonly to do as much as we could for a limited budget of $with the focal point being the ant issueWe ended up doing a light cleaning everywhere, heavier cleaning in both bathrooms, emptied out every drawer and cabinet in their kitchen area which were totally packed, moved out the fridge and stove, cleaned behind and underneath both and left ant repellent and traps to help with the problemOur hourly rate is $per man hour which would have put the bill at $plus the $in ant repellent and bait houses that we suppliedWe went well above and beyond in this situation and their budgetWhen they came home, both people inspected the home, were very happy to see it clean, paid in cash and we were on our wayAbout mins later, I get a text from the customer saying "uh oh, the Play Station is glitching out, looks like a bad review" You can read the following texts proving that we both offered to return to resolve the problem and offered to compensate for any inconvenience but also didn't have any idea how their play station would have been affected by anything we didI left the conversation thinking it was resolved and even called a couple times to follow up to offer the carpet cleaning again and schedule that but never heard backWeeks later we realized that this person had gone on Thumbtack where they were connected with us and left a very bad review slamming us for doing a terrible job and for breaking their Play Station and not replacing or refunding their moneyThey gave us no option at the time to come confirm what happened, they never once complained to us directly about any kind of dissatisfaction with our work, they wouldn't accept our phone calls to schedule the free carpet cleaning we offered themThe only communication with them that we had after the cleaning was in the texts I am emailing as attachments with this emailI am obviously very upset about this situationThey slandered my companies name with thumbtack and later with you at the Revdex.comI wanted to just let it go but after all this has come to light I am heavily thinking of suing them for slanderCustomer service and satisfaction is a huge priority for us but it does not come with out limits, we are not here and won't stay in business to be beaten or taken advantage of by some one of such poor characterWe just spent nearly $giving a Christmas eveto many homeless people on the streets of Portland with care packages and hot coffee, hot cocoa and cup of soupWe give free estimates and advice daily to all our customers but to this type of dishonesty and manipulation I have to take a standIf there was a legitimate complaint, an accident, or timely complaint directly to us for unsatisfied work, this all could have been resolved but to just slander us online without reasonable opportunity to review and right the situation, I am not willing to entertain any resolution with this customer at this pointThe only other reason I can see any customer reacting in the way they have is if some how they were, or were some how motivated by a direct competitor looking to tarnish our good name.

This was Not a fraudulent claim against this business! I am outraged by the lies they are telling! The PlayStation was broken as soon as we walked in my husband has a video on his mobile device showing it work perfectly before we left them to clean! We never asked for replacement from them nor did they offer itThey ran out of my house before we could even check anything! We never asked for a discount of any kind and there was no arrangement for a deal or price break of any kind, we just accepted there bid! On a side not about the cleanings they did do, it was terrible and very little was done! My kids could have done a better job and they are ages and 6! I don't want anything from these people but I don't believe they should be running a company as such! I mainly want to warn others as many as possible to stay clear of this company as they are liars and thievesThey deserve to be investigated for their horrible services and the lies they tell to their customers! If they aren't given a bad rating on Revdex.com then I will continue to spread word through mouth and social media to anyone and everyone I come across! Like I said we have ACTUAL proof not just hear say as hey are claiming to have, that my claims are unfortunately true! Please do not give this company a good rating based on their word with nothing to prove it! I am not even sure they are licensed for cleaning houses! They sure do not appear to be!Sincerely,*** ***
