It is a shame that a organization like Total Resort Solutions or Total Resort Solutions Now can still exist in the 21st century? As I sit on hold for 50 mins awaiting "Matt's" return to the phone, I cannot explain the anger I feel.
On or around 12/13/2014, I entered into an arrangement with total resort to find renters for my timeshare. All three associates that I worked with claimed that they had list of private companies waiting to rent my resort, "[redacted]", this has never happened in over a year. They were paid $1300.00 at the time I signed the contract .
They never called or return my $1300.00 despite broken agreements. Each time I called they kept saying I have to wait my turn?? What turn I asked.. never could get an answer. After 4 months of hounding them they sent me an offer from someone who wanted timeshare usage in Florida?. I don't own timeshare in Florida. In the contract or in speaking to sales they never disclosed that I would have to make the reservations for the people they claimed wanted the accommodations. After forking out $1,300.00 to them I decided that I better do whatever to try to recoup my money. The offer by their customers was for accommodations for 6 to eight people 2B/2B? What hotel has that available in a short booking time frame, I found out, none? After calling the hotels and feeling that the fraud by Total Resort Solutions or Total Resort Solutions Now was more evident than ever. I concluded that they just sent this to me to shut me up! Suffice to say as I hard as I tried, moving the dates, joining rooms, etc. the offer was declined because none of these hotels had this type of accommodations , 2B/2B, available in March - May. [redacted]. The all suggest that I book much earlier, as they are sold old by end of the prior year.. Vacation planning 101!!!
When your not put on hold for 25 mins at a time, guess they are hoping you will hang up, you 're listening to some recording telling you if you're listening to this message they are unavailable. This is odd because the hours of operation states Mon 11am to 8pm est. ?
