Attached is a copy of the signed invoice as well as all printable documentation pertaining to this clientIt shows that the signature was made on 03/26/The signature confirms that all parties agree to the work as listed and agree upon the amount of the invoiceThe client
has three days upon signing to change their mindThis is stated under payment terms. The pricing was never changed from the estimate to the actual invoiceThe job agreed upon was painting the cedar section of the house, which does require us to pressure wash the areas we are paintingWe have to pressure wash the to clean any debris, mold etcso there are no issues with the paint chipping and coming off. We sent out two crew members to pressure wash on March 30th, 2017 as shown with the dating of the map and text messageThere needs to be dry weather two days before to ensure there is no moisture and two days after painting. Rainy, Spring weather does cause delays in scheduling exterior painting to be done. The decision to cancel the painting was sent to us in an email on April 11, 2017. We understand the reasoning behind the cancellation and are ok with doing so, as long as we receive payment for the pressure washing that was already doneWe offered the spring pricing special of $that we were running even though it was not running at the time of the signed agreementWe would like to have this issue resolved as soon as possible and willing to still accept the payment of $for just the pressure washing.Thank you,John M***

We cancelled the estimate on April 11th via email
No work had been performed as evidenced by the estimate that has been attached dated 3/20/
Per the estimate, Page 2, section: Residential: A 50% out of pocket check is due before scheduling and starting all projects
No money had been exchangedNo work had been scheduled and no work had started
Furthermore, pressure washing was not part of the scope of the estimate that is attached
In addition, stay at home neighbors (out of our neighbors do not work) never noticed anyone at our residence doing any pressure washing
At this point, we would appreciate any potential future harassment to stop
Thank you

Revdex.com received a call from the consumer on 7/20/17 indicating that the matter was resolved.

The business owner stated that the property was okay for months.  The dispute began when it was time for final payment.  She actually referred the business to her parent's house in the meantime.  She said that she had a third party inspector to the property.  However, she...

has not provided the name or contact information for that third party to the business or the City. She called the City and the City called the business to inspect the roof.  This is not typical of the City to request this type of inspection.  The consumer alleged that the third party had said that there was over and under exposure on the shingles.  She also claimed that the skylight was leaking.  The inspector confirmed that the shingles were installed to manufacturer specifications.  He looked at the skylight.  He saw evidence of older water damage, but no evidence of new leakage.  The consumer claimed that her bedroom was hot.  The inspector suggested that a ridge vent be placed over a small dormer.  However, the business did not install it because it would not be effective.  There would not be enough airflow to help the heat issue.  The business was willing to install the ridge vent anyway and was also was willing to obtain a extended construction warranty from manufacturer of roofing material to give peace of mind to homeowner.  This would be done upon remittance of final payment, due to long outstanding balance.Subsequently, the consumer messaged the business about her parent's home.  The tone of the messages became combative.  The business owner asked that she cease and desist all communication with him.  The business owner is reluctant to do anymore work for the consumer given her combative behavior.  The matter is being referred to the business' attorney.
