To whom it may concern, This complaint has been brought to my attention. We're very sorry you didn't receive a top quality experience with Total Rider. Below are the step taken to make things right. 1. A $15 military discount credit has been issued to credit card. /> 2. A $50 goodwill discount toward retaking the MSF course has been offered; this offering is above and beyond our standard policy regarding a failed test. 3. Subject made mention of "no equipment of a motorcycle in the class room"; we haven't heard or know of any local MSF schools employing this device. 4. All Texas MSF schools are governed by Texas Dept. of Public Safety, thus all schools have same requirements regarding failing both knowledge test and/or riding skills tests. 5. Our refund policy is clearly stated on our website and subsequent notification emails when students enroll. There is no refund offered nor implied for failing an MSF class.
