Total Security Locksmith

Total Security is a complete scam when it comes to pricing on the phoneI was quoted allot less then my service to open my front doorfor service and unlock my front door of my apartmentWell I refused the derive when a locksmith quoted me total before he even looked at my lock! I was appalled So anyhow, I called another locksmith company in Alexandria VA, called Golden Locksmith , come to finding out, it's the same owner Ronen D*** who is the CEOs of both total security and golden locksmithANyway I waited hours for service and the locksmith that opened my door charged me dollars total and because it was late and I had to pick up my daughter I was stressed, and the locksmith totally took advantage of my emotionsI was frustrated , and upset that this locksmith ripped me offThe locksmith Matty his name told me I should have accepted the first quote with total security locksmith!! Well I was conned and when I called for a refund I never got the money back I am a very I satisfied customerI waited hours for a minut service and payed times more

today received notification thereof. While the e-mail states that a prior attempt at contact was made, we have not received any communication from the Revdex.com until today.I just spoke with the customer, Jasmine, and she stated that our technician has already come to fix the lock and that everything is working now and there are no further issues.It would appear that she filed the complaint somewhere in between the date she called to tell us the lock wasn't working properly (3/31-4/1) and the date when the technician returned to fix the problem, so it seems that it is no longer relevant, as we have solved her problem. We normally would have returned to the site much sooner, but a part needed to be ordered and it also took us and our technician several attempts to get in touch with her, which set us back a bit.In any event, this situation has been resolved, and the customer is satisfied, so her desired outcome for us to "fix [our] mistake" and "finish the job" has been met.We hope it does not reflect poorly on our company.
