I bought a deal from a discount website for their servicesI called and made appointments and two different times they never showed up for the appointmentBoth times I called and let them know several hours after they appointments were missed that no one had showed upNo one ever called me backI had to keep calling and trying to get a hold of someone, both times I couldn't get any one to answer until the next dayI kept getting excuses that the technician had a flat tire and they didn't know why the technician wasn't calling me backI got no answer when I pointed out I was calling him and he was the one not returning my callsThey never went through any measures to try and make the situation rightEach time the soonest they would come back was 3-days after the appointment they had already missedThis last time I called they kept hanging up on meI was not yelling at them, but I was upset and they continued to hang up on meThen when I would call back they said "Oh sorry we lost the call." Then finally admitted they had been intentionally hanging up on meI am getting a refund from the website I made the purchase through, but as I have looked at other review sites I have found that I am not the only who has had the problem of not being able to get them to show upThey should not have an A+ rating if they can't show up to their appointments
