this guy belongs in the Loonie ban, referred him my client, because I call to asked questions regarding the appraisal and the rate he flew off the deep and with nasty profanity following by him hanging up on and right away sent an email with all including the seller and his attorney letting them know he is no longer doing the deal, while no word to the actual client whom he pulled credit collect all documents, loan almost costing the client her downpayment, while putting the clients business out with no regards to privacy. and from there he continues with being nasty yelling cussing nast words while I try to get him to reconsider, he refuses, I tried working with the bank rep at first, she was willing to sure how he threat her she too stops taking my calls, I tried call from different number she picked up as soon as I identify myself she Hong up. what kind of company is that? they rate they have sold my customer was 9.99 while she has 800 fico. we ended up closing some deal with a rate of 5.99 interest rate. people please do not go to this investor /broker or that crazy guy Daran kaplan and he is supposably a branch manager not sure how is [email protected] he calls himself the mortgage guru on you tube don't buy it all he does is upsell points etc. to better he's bottom line and if you question him, he blows off and threat to drop you or he just drop you. everyone is just a number or dollar sign to him, no caring he is greedy and nasty. the rep said he was a riot a bum waiting to explode.
