products if not cancelled within the trial period of 14 days. We have many customers who enjoy the timely, discrete delivery of our quality product to their door step monthly. As stated in the complaint Mrs. [redacted] did not locate on our webpage the terms for the offer at the time of the purchase, she did sign up for our "trial" and did not call within the 14 day period.Mrs. [redacted] first contacted customer service on 06/27/2017. Customer service advised of how the program worked and attempted to build value with discounts on monthly shipments in the product offered, which Mrs. [redacted] declined. Customer service proceeded to provide a partial refund of the May charges ($28.37 and $28.34), and full refund of June Charges($89.47 and $94.57) for a total refund of $240.75. They also proceeded to cancelled the subscription in effort to resolve the issue.Although we disclose the terms of the offer, we want to resolve the customer's request under the circumstances they may have overlooked the terms of the offer. On 07/14/2017 we have refunded all charges from April 27 and May 23&26 charges in full for a total of $311.371 as requested on the complaint by the customer, and they should appear as a credit on the card used account in 3-5 days depending on their card issuer. The customer will not receive any more products.We do not want any product returned, they are for the customer to keep and use if they so desire.Cordially,Customer Support Total Skin

Customer service advised of how the program worked and attempted to build value with discounts on monthly shipments in the product offered, which Mrs. [redacted] declined. Customer service proceeded to refund $44.77 and $47.28 and cancelled the subscription in effort to resolve the issue, Mrs. [redacted] agreed with the action taken on her account. Although we disclose the terms of the offer, we want to resolve the customer's request under the circumstances they may have overlooked the terms of the offer. We have refunded all monthly charges in full, and the customer will not receive any more products.We do not want any product returned, they are for the customer to keep and use if they so desire.ThanksCustomer SupportTota Skin
