We had written a glowing report back in May for the installation of the zenith zoysia lawn they installed Well this review is not favorable There is no notification as to when they will get out to treat the lawn The owner says to call the office if you want a "re-treat" and they'll come out to do it....but good luck with that We left numerous messages with their office staff and they seem to make excuse after excuse...very tiresome When talking with the owner on the phone twice...he was a "hot head" talking over both me and my husband They seem to be going in too many directions now adding in-home pest control along with their current lawn maintenance Unless you like getting the run around, paying for servcies not rendered and YELLED at...look elsewhere
I have been a customer of [redacted] and [redacted] for many years since they first started their business now known as Total Spraying I have used their lawn service and house cleaning service and have been satisfied in both areas They have honored their commitments and performed all services in a very satisfactory manner
Total Spraying was fantastic in replacing our front lawn We wanted to use a zyosia product called Zenith rather than what they customarily use *** *** oversaw the entire job He was amazing in his follow up to ensure that the lawn looked its best He is still checking in with us on the lawn's progress Very reasonable in pricing, too

As a general rule, these guys do good work. But their service days are erratic and the customer service is blunt and unfriendly.
Just recently we had an instance where they skipped our maintenance for a week. I contacted the office about the issue and was basically told that I was lying. My wife called the following week only to be told that "some houses were missed due to a glitch in the system last week."
The nexr service day they promised some "additional services" to make up for the missed service. Not only was no additional service provided, the cut and overall job was the worst they have ever done. Grass clippings were all over the deck in the back yard, the "special" trim of the bushes in the front was not done, and they must have brought the dullest blade in the shop to cut the grass. They really showed us.
I had read in reviews that customer service was an issue with this group. So be forewarned. There is truth in that statement.
But the price is good, as is the work some days -- when they show up as scheduled and don't have a "glitch in the system."
I've made the decision to look elsewhere. One too many disappointments for me.
