Review: I used TSE a year ago and received awesome service so I returned back this Feb to have more work done. I brought in my car mats for Rosa to stitch. We went over the layout and I was to have my merchandise completed the next week. I paid for the service on the spot. That week came and passed, no call, email nor text so I called her. She stated she was sick and will have them done by next week; I understood and assured her that wasn't a problem. The next week came the same thing. This time she was out of town and working on a family event; again I advised her that was not a problem just keep me updated with the progress. An entire month passes before I realize I haven't heard from Rosa so I call her. Of course, as usual no one answered for two days and she ask that you do not leave a message so I emailed her. She responded saying she was sick. It has been three months now and I at this point I just want my merchandise and my refund. Within the three months I have sent three emails, 13 text and over 50 calls. With all the text and emails she responded either she was sick or would get to them the next day. I talked to Rosa last 5/3/16. She stated she forgot my items because they were on a side table and would start on them that day. She advised me she would call me back later to go over everything that she told me she was aware of last week. For about the 10th time of her telling me she would return my call, I never received a call back and she has yet to answer any of my calls. I started off believing this is a wonderful company but after this experience the integrity of this business is poor. The poor communication and lack of customer service is repulsive. Never have I experience customer service like this. I understand things come up so I assured her I understand but all I asked was to be followed up with so I will know what to expect. The owner of TSE is not communicating properly. When I do reach her she is busy with another customer and have to call back orDesired Settlement: I FIRST WOULD LIKE THE RESPECT OF A DECENT AND HONEST PHONE CALL. I WILL THERE TO RETRIEVE MY BELONGING AND I WOULD LIKE FOR MY CAR MATS, EARRINGS AND PILLOW COVERS TO BE COMPLETED. IF I CAN NOT GET THAT DONE I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. A SINCERE APOLOGY WOULD ALSO BE APPRECIATED.

Review: On May 31st I confirmed an order for custom made t-shirts for my football team. I picked the order up on June 4th to deliver to the players but once I got home I noticed the screen print was tilted and not centered on the t-shirts. On June 6th I returned the entire order back to Total Stitch Embroidery Sewing. Since June 6th I have exchanged several emails, text messages and phones calls with associates of Total Stitch Embroidery Sewing. On July 7th I visited Total Embroidery Sewing and had a discussion with the owner [redacted]. At the conclusion of the meeting I assumed we reached a resolution over the matter. [redacted], suggested "I will look over the orders and send you another sample to correct the problem." As of July 28, 2015 I have not received an updated order or refund. At this point I am only interested in receiving a refund for approximately $470.00. Thank you for your time and consideration.
