Being a Senior and with very limited technical knowledge about these viruses and what to do, I called them at XXX-XXX-XXXX thinking it was a Microsoft tech support company
A technician named *** answered and informed me his tech ID number was and that he could remove the virus or I could take my computer to the local Microsoft store He looked up the address for me and informed that the store was in Boca Raton Fl OR he could help to remove the virus, have the system tuned up and install "STOPzilla" antivirus software for $264,with three month support I informed *** I had "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware" installed on my computer at which time he said it

She also tried calling three different numbers to dispute the charge, but they rang without an answer or message
Those three numbers were: X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, X-XXX-XXX-XXXX
I believe this is a scamI emailed the company and requested the transaction be v

Froze my computer and flashed a document on the screen saying that I had to contact them and have my computer analyzed as it had been hit with a virus
Date was 3/22/ Said they handled all of Microsofts work they were "their" techs Flashed a bunch of "official" looking forms on the screen that had Microsoft on the logo's I didn't realize they were another company until the receipt for the paid service ( charged to my credit card) came down on my computer under a totally different named company, not Microsoft
Although they took over my computer to "fix" it, I could see the work they were "doing" and they found NO virus as reported by my computer and the supposed "problem" that I was having is still there I am also contesting this charge on my credit card I have called Total Tech Support back and told them to credit my card back with the charge They said the billing department would have to call me back I am still waiting for that call
