TOTALLY DOWN ON Total Tire of Palm City!!! It makes us angry and depressed when companies cheat us. On April 2nd, we paid Total Tire approximately $443.20 via debit card for services rendered. Yesterday they called, requesting we check to see if our funds transferred at the time of payment. We verified our bank had withdrawn the funds on time, and offered to bring in physical proof of the bank transfer the next day. Even so, later that evening (7/23), we jumped online discovering Total Tire had just withdrawn another $443.20. Imagine stealing from our checking account! Bottomline: Making an unauthorized debit is a felony, so our bank has reported Total Tire to the State Attorney. This should be resolved in 2-10 weeks! Lesson Learned: NEVER do business with this company again and hopefully sharing our experience will give you the heads-up too. Steer FAR AWAY from Total Tire of Palm City
