very poor service and we would not recommend this so called travel agency to anyone. you have to complete and follow-up all your own documentation, promised to handle our return boarding passes...did not, and NEVER follows up your trip satisfaction or phone calls. if you desire a complete and happy trip we suggest you do not use less than total travel
