I am rejecting this response because: Their response is a lie. The damage caused is perfectly consistant with a walk-behind snow blower. I maintain they need to repair the damage they caused. I am 100% positive they damaged my vehicle and 100% certain they are lying or are unwilling to accept resonsibility.
