Total Wine and More in Richmond Texas
On a recent trip to Total Wine and More in Richmond TX (off of Highway 99 and Bellaire Blvd.) I was chased around the store by a female employee (with a British accent) and was told I had to leave if I did not put on a mask. Texas had already dropped the mask mandate and the advice stated that you could wear a mask or not...store owners could still require their employees to don a mask or not...their call. The time of day was mid-afternoon and the store had very little business going on...I estimate maybe a dozen people (customers) in the store...no one for Ailes and ailes...I had a basket full of merchandise...about $160.00 worth. I walked up to the front and found the manager and said "you're not going to sell me this product unless I put on a mask that has no science behind it the says it will prevent any illness? He said that was correct. These practices and flawed at least and Marxist at best. I have not been back and never will spend a penny at this store again. Total a[censored]s!

Zero Stars.
There is NO MASK MANDATE or LAW of any kind in COLLIER COUNTY in effect... This Store gets -NO- stars for being commie sympathizers and being an intellectually lazy company to not take ANY time to research truthful science, uncensored doctors and implementing psych warfare on their patrons. If you are a Patriot, if you love the country where we live, DO NOT SUPPORT Total Wine.
Their dumb suppression muzzle policy as a "private company" is based on absolute nonsense as they aid in the perpetuation of the enslavement of all of us. I recommend never stepping foot into this company as long as they side with the extreme nefarious agenda at play.
SUPPORT MOM & POP stores ONLY until this company stops acting as an enemy of our rights to breathe freely. Shop freely with joy elsewhere. (see below, looks like other people are FED UP, as well.) Get it together, Total Wine.

THE WORST!!!
I ordered two cases of wine for an office Christmas gift. They did not deliver the order. I spent almost two hours on the phone in two calls to their third-party delivery company. They are supposed to refund my purchase, the delivery fee and the tip. So far I've gotten confirmation that they have refunded my purchase and delivery fee. They kept the tip! The worst customer service ever. Never again.

Customer Service.......very poor
My credit card was appoved twice by my bank, but Total wine refused to approve my order and would not give me a reason? Very very poor customer service and about all they said was that they had protocol and I did not meet it...continued to try and get an answer from them, but they refused to let me talk to a supervisor and refused to give my an answer.

I had a problems with a Tawny I ordered through the website. 1st I received a Muscato, after returning the wine, They would not ship the correct wine until they had received the other. They then shipped the new wine which was again wrong and not what they presented on their site. Again I trudged to FedEx to get it returned. I asked for my money back instead. Never received anything. I called CS (customer service) said I would get an email confirming that the process was in place and that I would get credit for shipping 1st before credit for wine. 2 weeks later I have not received anything from them. I will never order online from them again. I enjoy the store but online and CS was extremely poor. I can not give any stars.

Wine cannot be kept below 70º all there wine is kept WELL below that temp, selling their customers disgusting jam. They should be ashamed that their company is destroying the wine industry, as they sell wine cooked into jam to people shopping for and paying for wine.

I shop with my daughter a lot so this should not be out of the ordinaryI stood in line with her (she is in her late teenage years) and was denied the right to buy because my daughter did not have ID and I was being accused of buying for a minorI have never been denied service when bringing my daughter to any other liquor store in the area and I don't like to leave her in the car as I can easily spend a good 30-minutes in this storeI asked to speak to the manager and was also denied service from herI pointed out a small child in another line and they had nothing intelligent to sayI will not be giving this company my business anymore

Review: I ordered a bottle of 2005 chateau leoville las cases for 179.99 online. Eventually, I was contacted and told that the bottle was not available as it was a mistake and I was offered a lower quality vintage for the same price. I spoke to several people that assured me that there was no way to order the bottle and fulfill my obligation. Shortly thereafter, the price was hiked to 400 per bottle and they now have availability. This has happened in two other instances as well. A bait and switch scam.

Consumer indicated they have heard from the company, but the issue has not been resolved. Comments follow below:

The person that handled the complaint in the corporate office did so very professionally. In addition to a $25 gift certficate, I was told that the store would honor my original price (of $179) for the wine (which is now listed at $399). However, when I went to the store, they told me that they once again didn't have the one despite being told otherwise and can't get the wine. That's strange given it's still listed on their web site. They offered me another vintage of much lower quality that sells for around $140 at the same price (i.e. $179) which I found further insulting.

Review: While ordering online, the order did not go through and I was thrown out of website. I logged back in and the items were still in the cart, although the charge reflected in my bank account ($250.00). I called customer service to see if the order indeed had gone through and was told by [redacted] that it had not, but the would still hold the amount on my bank account for 5 business days. I asked if he could finalize the order and was told no, and if I went back into the cart it would charge my account again and still not ship. No order processed, and $250.00 deducted from my account.Desired Settlement: I need immediate release of funds back into my bank account.Very poor customer services

Review: I acquired wine from the store, it was rancid and bad and undrinkable. The store manager was rude and offensive when I called her.Desired Settlement: The store is rude, the company mediocre. I demand a refund.
